募集要項

  • Work toward growing revenue, exceeding sales targets, growing the customer base and revenues rapidly by primarily identifying and onboarding sales partner companies.
  • Diversify acquisition channels:  Establish multiple types of customer acquisition methods and different types of sales channel partners. This includes driving the strategy and execution of a digital customer acquisition process.
  • Develop strategy, operating plans, develop key metrics, and implement programs and processes that improve (with year over year improvement targets) the company's sales, reputation, brand awareness, and Customer and Channel satisfaction.
  • Grow and develop a best-in-class sales organization to address the retail energy market.

英語レベル 日常会話レベル (英語使用比率: 25%程度)
日本語レベル ネイティブ
最終学歴 大学卒: 学士号
現在のビザ 日本での就労許可が必要です

スキル・資格

  • Proven track record in building and managing outside sales partnerships, including the ability to identify and negotiate with strategic sales partners ideally in the Kansai region  
  • Experience with a range type of sales channels including Channel Partners, Associations, Telemarketing, Field Sales and Business Development. 
  • A university degree in business or the equivalent experience is preferred.  
  • Native Japanese ability is required along with intermediate/business level or higher English ability
  • Be willing to work from home/remotely in the Kansai region and report to the Tokyo office as required
