Role Summary:

 Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the Client Technology Field IT Team who provides IT solutions and services with high customer satisfaction to our internal end users
  • Contributing organizational goal and realize Digital Workplace offering diverse ways of working & collaborating for SAP employees. Employee productivity is enriched by world-class support scenarios, empowering agility through consumer-oriented behavior & technologies. Foundational services like Office Network, Office Build Outs and global Event Support round up the service portfolio.
  • Contributing for SAP Japan Digital Transformation and supporting internal end user adoption
  • Increase end user awareness, keep maintaining service availability of IT infrastructure, end user equipment and meeting room standard
  • Responsible for day to day operations, rollout of IT initiatives digital, ensure customer satisfaction by meeting/exceeding IT support SLA ,
  • Be the Regional liaison and escalation point between the APJ countries Field IT team (2nd Level IT Support) and the 3rd Level IT Support team
  • Collect demand / feedback from Field IT team and LoBs to present regularly to Regional/ Global representative(s)
  • Support any Business Project activities (i.e. Build Out, etc.) which requires IT skills and technology  to align with various stake folders. Expected to provide technical requirements and technical solutions
  • Co-Manage IT Service Desk teams (consist of the Desktop Support and Mobile Devices Support)
  • VIP Support for Global Executive Managements during their visit
  • Event support (SAP Sapphire, SAP FKOM, SAP World Tour, …) in APJ Region: Work with various Line of Business (LoB) to support all IT related areas in various hotels and conference venues. Expected to provide technical requirements and technical solutions
  • To align with Business to provide part of logistic support when to have IT related visitors, mainly for set-up multiple LOB meetings and stake folders, support for booking of external customers etc.
  • To maintain audit related IT internal process for BCP, ISO and Japan privacy data law etc. Ensuring document management and support all the process runs as defined and organize quarterly review meeting across Japan IT Service Unit including Infra Structure.

スキル・資格

Experience

  • More than 2 years working experience with multi-cultural team
  • Prior experience in supporting IT technical environment in country
  • Prior experience working with fast paced technology multinational corporation environment
  • Strong experience in SAP Support environment

Skills & Competencies

  • Having good User Centric attitude and open mind for interaction with LOB key users, stakeholders
  • Liaise with LOBs roll-in all IT requirements via engagement sessions and collaborate IT regional / global colleagues
  • Excellent technical communication skills for writing and speaking both in English and Japanese
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL, ability of propose improving IT processes
  • Good facilitation and collaboration skills for interacting multiple people involved
  • Self-learner and high interests for new technology and concept, like Agile
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and excellent team player.
  • Excellent team player
  • Excellent communications skills to engage locally with the business and internationally with the virtual teams
  • Strong technical skills in complex desktop/laptop environments and backend infrastructure (network, storage, wireless, …)
  • Able to work under pressure / escalations
  • Proactive, responsible, and customers oriented
  • Think out of box

Education

  • Undergraduate university degree, preferably in Information Technologies / Computer Science or equivalent training and job experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation (Certification in ITIL v3 will be great)

Mobility

  • Ability to travel internationally if required
