■Demand Planning■

・Creation and regular review of short/mid/long term selling and purchasing plan.
・ (short term: 1 12 months / mid term: 13 24 months / long term: 3 5 years)
・Order placement of finished goods/ingredients/bulk items
・Management of supply schedule and coordination of importation
・Implementation of contingency plan to prevent material shortage and overstock.

■Inventory Management■

・Maintaining optimal inventory levels and establishment of recommended safety stocks to keep customer service levels and to avoid overstock.
・Minimizing write off cost by monitoring of product expiry dates and implementing inventory clearance procedures
・Analysis of trends in supplier capabilities to minimize risk and protest continuity of supply

■S OP■

・Preparation and facilitation for local S OP meeting
・Participants: local marketing QA RA controlling and SCM
・Reporting KPIs: Forecast accuracy Back order and Service rate Destruction cost etc.
・Analysis (minimize risks and protect continuity of supply)
・Improve processes around supply and distribution functions

■Local Projects■

・Lead or participate in local projects associated with the Supply Chain function
・New product launch and life cycle management
・Support for optimization of distribution center

■Management packaging materials■

・Developing packaging materials with global coordinator printing companies QA RA and marketing group
・Communication with global and domestic plants and warehouse to arrange packaging materials

スキル・資格

・Knowledge of SCM and forecasting ・Computer literacy and good analytical skills (incl. understanding of data sources information and data processing requirements and records management policies) ・SAP ERP/APO (or Oracle) and excel calculation skills are mandatory for this role. ・Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. ・Co working and establishing good relationship mindset proactive communication skills are mandatory for this role. ・Analytical skills priority setting problem solving and conflict management ・Japanese: Native/Fluent ■International Experience ・Int'l exposure in daily business ( 50% of international business / customers / staff) 4 years ・Working experience with cross functional organization. (Global SCM local marketing RA QA controlling Finance and Sales team)
