▲Monitors member feedback and experience.
▲Receives, and assists the General Manager in resolving member complaints and service recovery.
▲Review employee performance and conducts personnel actions such as discliplinary actions and terminations with direction from General Manager.
▲Adheres to all club procedures and regulations as well as standard operating procedures.
▲Ensure full compliance to club operating controls, SOP's policies and procedures and service standatds.
▲Assist the General Manager in property issues including capital projects and customer service.
▲Provides timely and accurate reporting of all financial and non-financial information as directed, requested or required by General Manager.
▲Monitors monthly and other financial reports/statements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the facility and takes effective corrective action when necessary.
▲Develops, maintains and administers sound organizational plans and initiates improvements as necessary.
▲Coordinates marketing programs designes to promote the facility's services to potential members and customers.
▲Ensures the highest standards of quality for food and beverage service on property.
▲Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new team member.Develops ongoing training programs.
▲Monitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other expenses.
▲Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve member satisfaction.
▲Communicates any changes or new policies and procedures to the department.
▲Conducts staff meetings with subordinates.
▲Assist General Manager in all aspects of business planning.
▲All other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
▲Attends staff meetings.
|英語レベル||ネイティブ (英語使用比率: 75％程度)|
▲Bachelor's degree(BA) from four-year college or university, or suitable hospitality school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in hospitality, preferably in a private member only club. notably in "Rear of House" in Sales, Admin or Operations.
▲Language Skills: Ability to read and speak English at native level, and near native level Japanese, in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. required to communicate with English speaking members and guestsm or co-workers). May be required: to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, and Japanese legal documents, to respond to common inquiries or complaints from members, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
▲Experience in preparing financial accounting reports.
