Our Corporation is a business consulting firm under big Jaopanese group which is one of the largest IT service providers in Japan. We deliver business process consultation in SCM, PLM, CRM, Financials area and IT advisory consultation to clients in automotive, high technology, telecommunication, consumer products, and retail ＆ distribution industries. We are intending to expand business consulting in Thailand market. Our Corporation has agreed to strategic business alignment with some company which is our exclusive business alliance partner in Thailand. we have launched a Business Consulting division under the Thailand company to delivery our consulting service to clients in Thailand. This position is to delivery key project to our clients in Thailand, at the same time involved in key activities to design operation and start up this new division. This means that the consultant will be able to experience starting up new division as well as human capital management, financial management and business operations within the organization. This position will be hired as employee of our Corporation as these initial consultants in Thailand will be potential candidates of the management in Thailand in the future. We would be expecting candidates who are motivated and committed to the organization to start up and expand our business in Thailand. There will be a Consulting Practice Leader which the consultant will directly report to.
Position: Human Capital Management Consultant
・Lead presales and creating proposal for people management consulting projects and conduct business development.
・Understand and integrate key people management issues with align to business strategies.
・Provide solutions to support client organization’s human capital potential by improving structure and leadership, providing change, learning, performance indicators and reward systems.
・Delivery consulting services regards to HR Strategy, HR Process Reengineering, HR Service Delivery （including Shared Services, Centres of Excellence and Outsourcing）, Organization Design, Talent Management and HR Technology Leadership ＆ workforce management
・Negotiate and facilitate key discussions in both Thai and English.
・Work closely with project managers to delivery appropriate consulting service for our client.
・Support and execute necessary business operation for the new division. Japanese communication will be required with management and back office staff in Japan Headquarters.
Education and Experience
・First level University degree
・5 to 7 years of financial consulting experience working for Human Capital Management consulting firm.
・Can work onsite in Bangkok.
・Preferred to have been educated or worked in Japan in the past or worked for Japanese company.
Key Skills Required （Must）
・High competency skills （logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership） working in consulting project.
・High presentation skills using MS PowerPoint Documents.
・Language skills: English（Business proficiency level）, Thai（Native level）
・Experience of at least 3 HCM consulting projects as project manager or project member.
・Experience of creating key consulting deliverables
・Basic IT skills
・Self－motivated to become a Senior Financial consultant and an ability to work and motivate others to start up business consulting division.
Key Skills Required （Preferred）
・Language Skills: Japanese （Basic writing and listening）
・Experience of designing HR strategies, HR business process reengineering, corporate organization design.
