World leader for entertainment equipment for business' and end consumers. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the top Fortune 500 companies in the world.
o Technical focal point to customer onsite: to manage and coordinate between customer’s requirements (coming from its various departments) and clients departments (such as R&D, Support, Project Management etc.)
o Onsite technical support for the customer to integrate our clients OTA products into automotive vehicle, with variety of OS platforms and both single unit system and multiple units system.
o Support and troubleshoot server products on various types of infrastructure, as customer on premise, private cloud or public cloud.
• A 4-year college degree or more.
• Fundamental computer science knowledge in bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of practical and technical experience in supporting software products for Automotive/ IOT / Mobile technologies.
• Technical customer management experience, such as Field Application Engineering, Technical Support, Life Cycle Maintenance, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Manager etc.
• Ability to write and provide technical issues report, weekly progress report, executive summary or any presentation that might be required.
• Service oriented and great customer-facing skills
• Native Level Japanese
• Comprehensive English skills in business level
Advantage (not mandatory):
• Technical experience and skill in client-server technologies for the following areas:
o Mobile OS and/or Embed OS platforms technical experience (especially Android/ Linux / QNX)
o UNIX/Linux server operating system technical experience (especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux), including installation and configuration
o Low level architecture knowledge as OS, CPU, driver, hypervisor
o Java web application troubleshooting and code level debugging skill (especially Apache Tomcat based)
o Relational Database (especially Oracle DB) configuration and administration, and SQL skill. Object-Relational Mapping technology understanding (especially Hibernate), a plus. NoSQL Database skill (especially Elasticsearch) and Big Data related experience, a plus
o Network Infrastructure configuration, administration and troubleshooting, as Firewall, Reverse Proxy, Load Balancer, DNS
o Public Cloud skill (as solution designing, deployment and maintenance on Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
• Ability to take sudden global business trips due to the development of global projects
