This Japanese electrical manufacturing firm has strong global presence, highly known for its top quality products. They cover wide range of products with customers all around the world, including car makers, home appliances and office equipment companies.

Your new role
You will work as an Executive Assistant supporting few senior management members. Main duties include scheduling internal and external meetings, preparing presentation materials, communicating with counterparts in overseas to arrange conference calls, and various administrative support.

What you'll need to succeed
You need to have at least 3 years of experience as a professional administrative assistant or secretary, native level of Japanese and business level of English is required. Strong attention to detail and flexible work attitude are must, you should be comfortable with communicating not only internally but also externally using both English and Japanese.
