Job Description: 

Duties will include, but not limited to:  

・Supporting clients visiting the data center with entrance/exit administration, physical security check, escorting to workplace(s), renting equipment required/requested, etc.

・Tape management activities (swapping with new tape, keeping old ones in stock, passing used tapes to vendors responsible)

・LED review, power on/off, power cable connect/disconnect

・Check status of equipment and facilities in the data center visually          

・Asset and inventory management (including clients’ IT equipment, tools, etc.)

・Preparing documentations (i.e. support log report, inventory report, etc.)

職務内容：

職務には以下が含まれますが、これらに限定されません。

• • • データセンターを訪問されるお客様の入退室管理、物理的なセキュリティチェック、現場へのエスコート、ご要望される機器のレンタル、などのサポート。
    • 磁気テープの管理（新しいテープへの交換、使用済みテープの保管、使用済みテープの外部業者への受渡し）
    • 機器のLED確認、電源のOn/OFF、電源ケーブルの抜き差し
    • データセンター内の施設や機器の状態の目視確認
    • 資産/在庫管理（顧客のIT機器、ツール類を含む）
    • 各種報告書の作成（作業報告書、在庫管理報告書、等）

Work Hours:

Shift 1: Start Time (09:00)    End Time (18:00)

Shift 2: Start Time (08:30)    End Time (20:30)

Shift 3: Start Time (20:00)    End Time (09:00)

※Break Times are ( 60 ) minutes per shift

勤務時間：

シフト①09:00~18:00

シフト②08:30~20:30

シフト③20:00~09:00

※各シフトとも休憩時間６０分

Salary range:

280,000JPY / month

給与：

280,000円/ 月

Conditions for an Application

Strong interest in joining IT industry (we welcome applicants who are not experienced in relevant support)

Able to work in shift, including night time and holidays

Strong customer support skills

Able to work with colleagues and clients with fluent communication

Native level Japanese is required

Requires Languages:

English: Conversational level
