▼Job Purpose:

- Act as a Servant Leader to transform teams into the better version of themselves
- Be the master of Agile and lead innovative ways of working to help teams and their environment to deliver value with flexibility
- Play a main role in communication inside and outside the team and company

▼Key Responsibilities:

▼Supports a team towards being the best version of itself:
- Lead & encourage team spirit and teamwork within the team 
- Guide the team on reaching self-organization and getting the most value out of it
- Guide the team on using Agile practices and values to maximize value
- Create a safe environment where issues can be shared & discussed in order to be solved
- Lead the Kaizen mindset for the team in their everyday work

▼Helps people grow and learn:
- Identify & act on opportunities for team members to grow (KT, Feedbacks sessions, Shadowing…)
- Help and coach Product Owner to create and maintain the team’s backlog, to prioritize by value, to communicate with stakeholders… 
- Help and coach squad members so that the team can deliver the most value in the best way
- Lead by example

▼Facilitates workshops and make decision making easier:
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to make sure that the goal is clear and optimal value is reached
- Facilitate decision making in the team and with stakeholders
- Facilitate conflict resolutions

▼Owns the team process:
- Own the team process by understanding it end-to-end and making it visible (Kanban, Value Stream Mapping…)
- Measure regularly its efficiency with actionable KPIs and lead Kaizen mindset to improve it continuously (Guide team in defining them, make sure they are measured, targets are defined, action plan is followed…)
- Manage & remove impediments hindering the team (when they cannot remove them themselves)

▼Embodies transparency & proactively communicate:
- Provide transparent team status visualization to know how the team is doing (Velocity, Retrospective…)
- Manage and keep updated actionable & valuable Team KPI
- Transparently share successes & failures of the team for others to learn through events
- Take an active role in internal communication about the team transformation and lessons learned
- Be curious and proactively be on the lookout for what is happening outside (internally and externally) that could be used by your team
- Lead and take an active role in Agile and Scrum Master Communities of Practice
- Promote and encourage team members to take an active role in other communities depending on their skills & interests

▼Lead Transformation beyond the team:
- Not only push the team but the environment around it to be the best version of itself by proactively aiming at removing silo mindset between teams
- Mentor at least one other Scrum Master from another squad
- Take an active role in external communication about ALJ/team transformation and lessons learned (conferences,…)
- Create & extend network by taking part in Agile Community events in Japan when possible

スキル・資格

【Requirements】
●Critical Leadership Competencies:
・Be a change leader, Persuasion skills
・Teaching & Coaching skills, Communication skills
・Ability to adapt depending on the audience (Technical experts, Product managers, Heads of departments)
・Mastery of Agile Practices :
- Mastery of coaching techniques and coaching stances (coach stance: listening, questioning and providing feedbacks)
- Mastery of Product Management techniques (Product Vision, Story Mapping, Product Backlog...) and Value-based prioritization
- Mastery of Agile project management methods and associated tools (Visual management, Agile indicators, Visual management, Agile KPI)
- Mastery of the conception and redaction of User Stories (BDD, TDD knowledge are also welcomed)
- Mastery of Scrum and Kanban practices (especially rituals such as daily meetings, retrospectives, demos...)
- Mastery of workshops organization and practices facilitation
- Mastery of Agile and Innovative games’ facilitation
