This role covers Tier-2 network operations support for the company, supporting OnPrem data centers, Public Cloud and company offices.
This is a technical role requiring medium to large enterprise networking experience. The role covers move/add/change requests, network maintenance, documentation and helpdesk escalations for common network incidents and requests.
The ideal candidate will provide the first line of defense for incidents, requiring sound troubleshooting skills. Candidates should not only possess IT domain knowledge, but also soft skills, like communications, and business knowledge.
Candidates must be hands-on, pragmatic, down-to-the-earth, with a can-do mentality. Due to the vast amount of technologies and solutions in-place, it is a tough position, only suitable to candidates who like challenges.
The network team existing has 7 members. The organization structure is flat, and we focus on teamwork.

LAN, MAN, and WAN architectures and the design, installation, and operation of global multi-national networks.
Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
L2 protocols: STP, LACP, MLAG/MCEC, HSRP/VRRP.
Internetwork troubleshooting in a medium-to-large-scale network environment.
Inter-AS connectivity (route redistribution).
In-depth understanding of:
Firewall logic, configuration and troubleshooting.
Network monitoring (SSH, ICMP, SNMP).
OS upgrades (IOS).
Good understanding of:
Traffic flow analysis.
Common network and system attack methods.
Security best practices.
802.1X LAN Security.
Wireless LAN Troubleshooting.
Network OS software upgrades.
