Position Title: Manager (Project Manager / Business Analyst)
Reports to: Director or Senior Manager, Information Technology (located in Tokyo)

Leading company growth initiatives (New Systems, Enhancements, Business project) from IT and deployment them across Japan, Asia and Europe countries including;
o Project management and Project lead in English
o Find out the best solution for retail systems by considering future road map
o Communication with regional business partners
o Communication with regional / global IT partners
o Having retail system’s knowledge and Clienteling / Client Experience system technical skill / knowledge and experience
Be representative of retail system team to discuss system solutions for company initiatives with business users
Perform project management which manage timeline, people and budget by your self
Have a good relationship with Business / other IT team
Business requirement gathering from each region
Building stable systems for retail stores across region
Manage testing including review the test result to keep quality of retail systems
Smooth support turnover(post go-live support) to support team as a part of project deliverables
Participate and cooperate in various phases of projects impacting retail stores, but which are led by other IT team
Be the front line of IT department for business users in terms of store related activities such as project, change request, issue resolution
Act and contribute as a member of Asia IT team throughout regular and ad-hoc meetings over the telephone and VC.
Build relationship with Asia, Europe counterparts.
Evaluate the current retail system and work closely with Japan and oversea Retail / Customer Experience / CRM teams for future improvements and/or systems enhancement
Business Trip to Asia countries
Perform as team player / strong team work
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3-5 years of experience for Retail system / Customer Experience support and application deployment
Minimum of 5 years of experience including analysis of business requirements, designing and testing
Strong knowledge of Retail / Customer Experience System
POS System manage experience, Inventory management system /Other retail system experience is preferred
Strong communication skills both in Japanese and English
Knowledge of IT project management, such as Fit/Gap analysis, design review and software testing review
Project management experience
Vendor management experience
Experience in partnering with business users and other IT team members to design and implement system across regions
Adaptable and flexible person
Person who has a strong sense of responsibilities and ownership
Ability to understand issues and system errors from a technical standpoint
Basic SQL Database knowledge
Basic Web Application knowledge
o PMP (Project Management Professional) or relevant certifications
o ITIL(IT Infrastructure Library) or equivalent skill is plus
o Knowledge of Retail back office functions / systems is plus such as reporting and ERP (SAP/FMS are preferred)
o Chinese, Korean language capability is a strong plus
o Retail Industry / Lifestyle brand working experience would be plus
o Multi-region/country retail systems implementation experience is a strong plus
o Multi-brand Retail system management experience is also a strong plus
IT Organization is regionally structured in Asia, and Retail Systems team has members in Japan and in China.
Asia stores include Japan, China, Hong Kong/Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia
Multi-brand system projects and support in Japan, Asia, and in Europe - approx. 800 stores
