具体的職務は、オープンキャンパス等に来校するなど、何らかの形で我々と接点のあった受講生候補者の皆様にPre-MBA生(英語単科生)、MBA生(英語本科生)になっていただくための個別相談を実施頂きます。加えて、各種営業施策の立案と実施、またそれぞれの施策の効果検証を行っていただきます。 また、英語MBAプログラムインターナショナルマーケティングチームの業務内容は多岐にわたり、以下も状況に応じて担当いただきます。

Japan’s largest business school, GLOBIS University, is rapidly growing in its aim to develop visionary leaders who create and innovate societies.

In order to achieve our aim of becoming Asia’s No. 1 Business School, we are seeking an ambitious and driven sales professional who can support sales activities and help us expand the market for our global MBA programs in Japan.

We have three English MBA programs at GLOBIS University:

1.One-year Full-time MBA Program
2.Two-year Part-time On-campus MBA Program
3.Two-year Part-time Online MBA Program


・Introduce the key features and strengths of our MBA programs to prospective applicants through one-on-one consultations, presentations at workshops and trial classes, and other events in Tokyo and online

・Provide attentive support and information to new students to maximize their study experience and realize their potential as business leaders

・Work with admissions to provide clear and timely application information to prospective applicants

・Effectively track sales numbers and devise creative strategies to achieve quarterly goals

・Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop strategies and supporting materials (e.g. brochures, website)

・Actively engage with the GLOBIS community to leverage relationships which can benefit the organization

・Develop new channels through external partnerships and collaborations

・Travel to cities such as Osaka, Nagoya and Fukuoka in Japan once or twice per quarter to engage in recruitment and promotional activities

・イベントのために平日晩、週末勤務ができる (それぞれ週1回程度。スーパーフレックス制度を活用し、勤務時間は柔軟に調整可能です。)


Requirements and Considerations
・3+ years of sales experience 
・Strong interpersonal skills and a highly social disposition in order to foster positive relationships with customers and team members
・Able to occasionally work on weekday nights and weekends (flexible shifts are available) 
・Able to travel overseas throughout the year 
・Excellent all-round communication skills
・Native level fluency in English required, fluency in Japanese preferred (JLPT N3 level and above)

Desired Skills
・Experience or interest in education, human resource development industry 
・Experience working in a fast-growing company, fast-paced startup environment

Employment Status
Full-time position

Work Days and Holidays
・20 paid holidays (can be carried over to the next year), excluding probation period
・New Year’s period (from December 29 to January 4), marriage leave, condolence holiday, natural disaster leave, maternity leave, long-service leave (after 5 and 10 consecutive years)

Remuneration Determined in accordance with corporate guidelines as well as through consultation and due consideration for experience and capabilities.
