In this exciting new role, we are looking for a part technical whiz and part marketing analyst. What this means is that even though you will belong to the International Marketing (IM) team, your responsibilities will cover two main areas:

① CRM Administrator (Salesforce)
Working closely with the other Salesforce administrator to ensure that we are maximizing the efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system to respond to our business needs. Your responsibilities will include:

・Maintenance: handling basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, data cleanup and other routine tasks as needed
・New development: work within Salesforce to implement custom fields, intelligent workflows, dashboards, reports and tools – many from scratch
・Training & Knowledge Sharing: training new users and helping the team/department to increase their salesforce  skills and overall adoption
・Work as the technical liaison between the Marketing team and other GLOBIS teams/departments, as well as our third-party Salesforce development consultants.
・Write documentation/SOPs and implement best practice guidelines for others to follow

② Digital Marketing Support
You will work within the International Marketing team to support the regular performance analysis. We do not require you to have previous hands-on marketing experience, but we are expecting you to leverage your logical-analytical skills and systems knowledge to help find creative solutions to analyze data more effectively and efficiently.

These are some examples on the projects/tasks you may be involved:

・Connect our data source with 3rd party tools to consolidate different sources of data under one activity report.
・Perform analysis and reporting of online campaigns and conversion, interpret results and give recommendations to the team to help with meeting sales goals.
・Ensure consistent approach to consumer data is applied in all touchpoints, website, CRM, etc.

スキル・資格

Requirements and Considerations
・Over 2 years experience in web system development 
・Experience in developing Salesforce applications (Salesforce setting, Visualforce, Apex development, from requirement definition to testing)
・Html / javascript (jquery), development experience in Java
・Analytical and problem-solving abilities
・Great communication skills as you will interact with all levels of our business
・Self-motivation. You must be self-motivated, driven to see results, and be intrigued by the use of data to inform decisions.
・Japanese proficiency: fluent (JLPT N2)
・English ability: intermediate or higher (TOEIC 750 points or more)

Desired Skills
・General knowledge of digital marketing
・Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)
・Experience with Salesforce.com's marketing automation tool (Pardot)
・WordPress customization experience using PHP
・CSS development experience

Employment Status
Full-time position

Work Days and Holidays
《Holidays》
・20 paid holidays (can be carried over to the next year), excluding probation period

Remuneration Determined in accordance with corporate guidelines as well as through consultation and due consideration for experience and capabilities.
