Your new role
This critical position leading the talent management team is responsible for driving organisation-wide talent management and initiatives. From talent acquisition to employee relations, you will be managing a department dedicated to each employee's lifecycle. Recruitment, training, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, diversity, and employee relations are the department's main tasks. You will help the organisation meet its short-term and long-term business objectives through enabling your function leaders by coaching.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 15 years' experience in a multinational matrix organisation
8+ years in people management and leadership capacity
Ability to envision and implement talent strategies for a large-sized global organisation
Strong business acumen and understanding of engagement
High level of negotiation and communication skills
Proven track record of excellent stakeholder management skills in a dynamic, matrix environment
Fluency in English & Japanese
