Rewards Specialist Needed for Leading Pharma Firm

Your new company
Our client is a European based pharmaceutical firm. Their Japan office is seeking a Rewards Specialist to oversee compensation and benefit analysis and benchmarking, and to support alignment of global standards, performance, and compensation schemes, reporting directly to the Director of Compensation and Benefits.

Your new role
As a Rewards Specialist, you will be responsible for:
-Analyzing C&B data within a the framework of global rewards strategy
-Using external benchmarks to monitor the cost-effectiveness and competitiveness of the reward package
-Supporting ongoing C&B processes, including salary survey
-Acting as the primary contact for the resolution of issues related to identified benefits

What you'll need to succeed
-A Bachelor's degree
-Demonstrated experience in C&B benchmarking
-A strong knowledge of C&B operations and Labor Law
-A fluency in Business English and Native Japanese
