Our client is looking to find a successful sales person with an imperious track record within sales and revenue generation.

You will be responsible for generating new customers accounts from scratch, building your network and personal brand and growing the Japan business.

Our client is one of the largest names in the premium real estate market with a presence in over 20 countries globally.

The Japan office, benefiting from strong investment from US HQ, is in a strong period of growth and is therefore looking for an accomplished sales person to continue and help solidify their place in the Japan market.

Description

  • Managing an existing accounts, understanding the customers key requirements and ensuring that the companies full service offer is on show.
  • Grow network to find new customer accounts to launch your own sales business within the company.
  • Focus on developing high net-worth customer base, building relationships and developing the business.
  • Attend networking and industry exhibitions to stay close to the market, understanding key changes in the market and staying close to the customer.
  • Working closely with the Country Manager and Sales Director to ensure that Regional and Global goals remain in sight.

スキル・資格

  • Excellent track record in Sales and Business Development.
  • Experience in Real Estate preferred but not required.
  • Access/Network of c-suite executives.
  • Strong drive and high levels of determination.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adept at working individually.
