募集要項

Account Management, Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and explore new sales opportunities of multinational companies with office in Japan and the APAC region, coordinating with global and regional decision makers.
  • Communicate in English with local / regional / global IT decision makers to position systemsGo as their preferred partner in Japan, and across Asia-Pacific (Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, China, India.
  • Communicate with potential clients to explain the systemsGo Solution suite with a view to meeting decision makers and presenting a Proposal for services, and ultimately closing a deal to engage them as clients.
  • Network in the Foreign Business Community through Chambers of Commerce, Business Networking Circles/Associations, etc.

スキル・資格

  • Must be self-motivated and enjoy meeting people, able to work as a part of a team and independantly when required. Team leader/manager experience beneficial, but not essential.
  • Have an active and organized approach to building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and exceeding targets, or show similar progressive success and development in another role type.
  • An ability to listen, consult, negotiate and manage clients
  • Ideally and understanding of IT infrastructure in relation to customers' business is highly desirable but on-going professional development and training will be provided.
  • Experience with sales in Tokyo in a related industry (such as IT recruitment) strongly preferred 
  • Business level Japanese abiltiy and business level English or higher abilty preferred
  • The position is well-suited to Sales Consultants or Account Managers currently working in the recruitment industry in Tokyo or ideally selling IT solutions
