Our client is a Real Estate Tech Startup based in Tokyo. The company was founded in 2014 with the aim to allow overseas investors to buy properties in Japan.
Currently, manage over 2000 properties with a market price of over 500 Million dollars in assets. They plan to grow this number to 7 Billion Dollars within the next two years.

Their platform is available for both IOS and Android devices and allows investors to buy and fully manage their properties without having the need to come to Japan or spend a lot of time on phone calls. Literally, everything can be managed through the platform, from cash flow, tenant application/approval, property appreciation to tax. 

They now have about 50 people, being 30 of them foreigners from 7 different nationalities. Their business is growing very fast, so they need someone to manage Marketing/Asset Management initiatives and also help the company to create a long-term strategy from a marketing perspective. They now have about 10 Marketing/Asset Management people covering several different markets, such as China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, US, UK and so on. This team is being current let by a young executive originally from Hong Kong, and they now they want someone to take part of her responsibility.

This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to be part of a fast-growing Startup, with steady revenue and a massive market share in the Property Management industry. The work environment is great, very casual and flexible, with lots of room for career growth.

Expectations
1. Sales
- Can make sales calls/support sales Japanese corporate business partners
➢ Ability to create new relationships. Build existing network in Japan.
➢ Work independently, can create sales materials in Japanese, review basic legal documents.
➢ Assist in training and coaching younger members.

- Off-shore marketing
➢ Can support marketing activities with business partners in HK/Macau, China, and Taiwan which include site visits 
➢ Ability to create new relationships. Build existing network off-shore.
➢ Work independently, can create sales materials in Mandarin or English, review basic legal documents.
➢ Assist in training and coaching younger members.
➢ Willing to travel support and network at seminars in our active markets in Asia.

2. Management Ability
➢ Comfortable leading teams.
➢ Can coach junior members.
➢ Can actively contribute to debate and decision making on strategy and action plans.
➢ Work in an unstructured environment- actively makes suggestions on operations improvement.

3.   Other
➢ Understandings of Technology: preferable working experiences at IT company 
➢ Sales personality: upbeat, motivating.
➢ Communication: Bi-Lingual or Tri-lingual preferred. Native Mandarin capability a must.
➢ Interest in or familiarity with Real Estate is helpful
➢ Report to Managing director or executive director at Wealth Management team
