Purpose of the position
・ To lead and coordinate the implementation and re-engineering of the larger, more complex key accounts
・ To support and guide the Country Marketing & Sales team in implementing and re-engineering the larger, more complex key accounts.
・ To ensure that customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout the implementation phase and start of service.
・ To act as a facilitator for the review of existing accounts and operational processes in order to identify & recommend opportunities for improvement and business optimization
・ To generate and analyze the data.
・ To create the presentation according to the agenda of meeting and/or reporting
・ To create monthly reports for region, monthly management meeting and for Marketing & Sales to submit to the customers (when applicable)
・ Initiate and coordinate the implementation for assigned accounts through the test phase (trial shipments), go live production, up to the point where all parties involved are satisfied that the operations are running smoothly.
・ Liaise with Sales representatives and customer to confirm expectations, timelines and ownership based on the needs assessment and what was agreed upon (sold).
・ Support sales during pre-award stage with the input on business implementation
・ Develop detailed implementation plans based on the awarded contract details and services sold.
・ Setup and manage cross functional project teams based on the contract requirements and services sold.
・ Coordinate systems integration.
・ Initiate and coordinate Customer application training for Sales and operational units.
・ Guarantee the establishment of SOP’s and ensure that offices/agents understand the account’s requirements/expectations and follow-up with appropriate corrective action when needed.
・ Create flowcharts and contact lists that clearly show ownership and escalation paths.
・ In depth functional know-how in air / ocean / logistics / Supply Chain Management
・ Good operational know-how (Customer Service, Document Processing Exp & Imp,
Customs Clearance and Procurement)
・ Sound process management skills
・ Strong ability to analyze, define, develop and document business processes and procedures
・ Deep understanding of strategy and products
・ Solid understanding of application architecture and dataflow

Educational background / Work experience
・ Higher educational level (business administration or logistics)
・ Operational industry experience (minimum 3 years)
・ Preferably Forwarding or Logistics industry experience
・ Preferably international working experience
・ Fluent in English and local language (oral and written skills)
