Position Overview

     A Partner Enablement Coach will create and review partner training and enablement plans to help Partners accelerate adoption of new solutions by helping prioritize projects and support activities that deliver the best ROI within the shortest timeframe.

Responsibilities 

  • Create and Review partner training and enablement plans
  • Help Partners Accelerate adoption of new solutions by helping prioritize projects and support activities that deliver the best ROI within the shortest timeframe.
  • Build out custom partner training tracks based on type and skill sets/capabilities of partners.
  • Take lead on building out the technical components of the program.
  • Work with partners to acquire software needed to train and enable their teams.
  • Monitor the co-selling and co-delivery activities with assigned Partners in key accounts
  • Assist in estimating projects with Partners and proposals, customer success plans (when needed)
  • Perform service quality audits of partner engagements for CSAT
  • Hand over key components of our IP and Practice that will make Partners successful-including Autodesk Consulting and CS (Customer Success Manager)
  • Consult with Partner on their opportunity pipeline, and assistance they need in closing capability gaps either through training or collaboration with other partners.
  • Along with the Partner Success Managers (PSM) lead partner deal reviews coordinating with necessary internal Autodesk resources as required
  • Work with PSMs on identifying and closing gaps in partner capabilities and monitoring delivery status and quality. 
  • Monitor partner capacity models and grow partner participation in the program based on demand
  • Monitor program effectiveness with Partners and with our Partner’s Customers and make recommendations for change as needed to Partner Success Managers
  • Participate in Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.

スキル・資格

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of Customer and Service Partner facing roles and experience in managing Service Partner programs from ideation, to execution, to effectiveness analytics 
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting, advocating and driving adoption of Autodesk solutions 
  • Proven experience aligning with multiple groups to accomplish tasks 
  • Experience in building relationships with Strategic Service providers or large SI’s 
  • Proven experience working in a high-paced environment and known as a leader who focuses on outcomes to drive the business requirements
  • You are a self-starter that thrives in the face of challenge. You are relentless in clearing obstacles with a resourceful and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • You are experienced at leveraging a combination of industry knowledge, consulting expertise, and Customer Success skills to influence Partners 
  • Strategic thinker who can assemble ideas, create detailed plans and guide teams to manage and deliver programs at scale across geographies and industries
  • Must be comfortable in a start up like environment where the program is continuously evolving 
  • You display high energy, maintain a positive attitude, have contagious enthusiasm and a sense of humor that helps you and those around you adapt to the changing business environment
