Check conference rooms for neatness, cleanliness, and tidiness.
Handle checklists, maintenance,safety/security issues
Inspect property including mechanical rooms, office areas, restrooms, break rooms, etc.
Handle vendors, submit requests for repair and maintenance, janitorial service, carpet cleaning, plant service, office equipment, etc.
Oversee Amenities (coffee, soda, candy, water, etc.) as well as recycling programs
We prefer to consider candidates who have some administrative or office maintenance/facilities maintenance/facilities management experience.
