This is a HR opportunity that covers Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and Data Management.
- Working with HR Director and HR Associate and payroll vendor for the administration of Social Insurances and Tax Matter
- Payroll Calculation - Data Processing, Payroll reports
- Administer employee Benefits including incentives
- Compile and update employee records

Payroll - Calculations and vendor management
C&B program management
Strong Quantitative and analytical Skills
Native level Japanese and business English
Strong skills with Excel (V-look up / Pivot Tables)
