This opportunity boasts

In this role, you will demonstrate your expertise to
-
Ensure timely and accurate production and delivery of Institutional, Retail and Affiliate client reports
-
Use various internal and external systems, EUCs and data to produce various client reports
-
Understand each client’s characteristics and products they are investing in and produce and deliver good quality reports
-
Collaboration with other teams including Investment, Sales, Product, Operations, IT and Risk
You will be outstanding candidate if you have,
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel (Vlookup, pivot required), Word and PowerPoint
-
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in Japanese
-
Reading and writing basic stuff in English
-
Quick learner with intellectual curiosity
-
Attention to details and accurate work
-
Demonstrate strong organizational skills
-
Have the ability to multi-task / juggle multiple assignments and execute on deliverables
-
Strong partnering and interpersonal skills
-
Prior work experience in asset management or trust bank is an advantage but not required
