To develop and lead the online marketing vision of for the company. The role will be responsible for the generation and implementation of a comprehensive online market strategy that communicates to our market sector across Japan.
Digital Marketing Experience – Hands-on digital and social media based marketing and customer enrollment experience is required, having carried out marketing campaigns and executed digital marketing programs.
“Growth Hacker” type experience/thinking, able to rapidly try and test new, innovative methods to reach out to target groups on-line, and adjust until successful
Experience with a broad type of sales channels would be highly beneficial.
Customer Orientation – applies a customer-centric approach to all aspects of role including sales and marketing strategy development and engagement with internal and external relationships.
Building and Leading Teams – Ability to attract, coach and mentor smart sales and marketing people.
Process Driven – Strong sales and marketing planning and execution skills.
Possesses strong organizational skills.
Has a deep understanding of sales and marketing performance metrics and leverages them to manage the campaigns, projects, and the team.
Ability to develop comprehensive strategic sales and marketing plan and manage the resources and budget to achieve the outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
We are open to candidates with strong digital marketing experience that may not have the all experience listed, as long as we feel that they are ready and driven to grow into the position
Computer skills required include MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint and MS Project. Software/web development/digital media experience or skills great have, but not essential
Native level Japanese ability (written and spoken) with business level English.
