As the Sales Director you will be responsible for developing a team of sales representatives, driving sales productivity and increasing our market share within a specific scope through selling our solutions.

Our client is a provider of audio, web and video conferencing solutions.


Description

- You will be involved in maintaining a budgeted headcount for your scope to ensure we are in the best position to achieve revenue objectives
- You will streamline the on-boarding of new employees to accelerate productivity
- By supporting Global Account growth, you will develop existing clients; you will also implement initiatives to acquire new global clients, while ensuring that key behaviors and activity metrics are being measured and improved
- You will manage the relationships with our partners and indirect channels
- You will be actively being involved in all new business opportunities in order to influence the direction of the sale and provide in-field training for direct reports, communicating with other departments, senior management, peers and global subsidiaries to ensure your team has the support it needs
- By implementing motivation strategies, you will help to create a disciplined yet enjoyable and enthusiastic working environment where weaknesses can be identified and methods found to improve them
- Domestic and international travel should pose no problem to you

スキル・資格

- Your English is excellent both in written and oral
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a results-driven personality with 10+ years of successful selling experience in B2B sales (medium to large companies)
- You have got a thorough knowledge of the IT/Telco industry and expert understanding of selling to large clients
- You have 3+ years management experience in leading sales teams, with a successful track record of managing, leading, and developing people. Your manage people with respect and a continuous interest for their growth
- You are a true team player with exceptional interpersonal and negotiating skills, and you are an ace at problem solving as well
- You enjoy working from scratch, creating new processes and facing new challenges
