Our client is a global organization that specialising in insurance and financial products and services. The organization has around 10,000 employees in Japan.
Your new role
As the senior L&D specialist, you will be working with the L&D team in the HR department to support on the planning, designing, managing, coordinating, delivering and facilitating of training programs for regular employees of all levels. You are also required to develop training materials to obtain stakeholders' buy-in for use of learning opportunities for the organization. Plan and control of training budgets will also be part of the responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you are required to have a building capability, strategic vision and being result oriented in line with the company strategy. Besides, a minimum of 10 years experience in L&D area, with excellent facilitation and presentation skills and good knowledge of financial / insurance industry would be essential. Capability to deliver training in English will also be required.
