As Secretary to the General Manager, you will be working in our 5-star local Head Office in Central Tokyo. A great working environment where your secretarial skills and happy attitude will shine. Excellent command of English, translation experience (ENG/JP), and MS Office computer skills are a must. Creative skills (ex. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) are a plus.

Your tasks will include: General secretarial tasks to assist the General Manager of Japan in the day-to-day operations. You will be at the center of the organization and a contact point for local management and for Head Office in Australia. Besides assisting with monthly reporting, traslating of a diverse range of company materials and organizing of various advertisements (Print/Online/TV). You will work closely with a Junior Secretary to the General Manager in a friendly and warm international environment.
•Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
•Fluent in Japanese
•English skills at business level are required to work with our Head Office
•Pro-active work attitude and organizational skills
•A big smile and happy to work with a motivated young team
