Oncology Sales Trainer
This exciting company has one of the largest pipelines of any pharmaceutical company. They are globally admired and have a top reputation with KOLs. Due to an increased headcount in their Oncology franchise, they are looking for a Sales Trainer.
You'll create a strategic sales training plan based on brand plan and national sales strategy. You'll train Oncology MRs to ensure adequate scientific knowledge. Also, you'll work with a global brand team to acquire updated product knowledge.
To succeed as Sales Trainer, you should have at least two years' experience as a trainer at a pharmaceutical company. Also, you'll have good leadership skills such as strategies, operating, and organizational skills. People with experience in Oncology are highly encouraged to apply.
