Online Customer Service in order to provide quality after-sale service:
- Closing order to allow the pick, pack, ship of the goods.
- Online customer service support by mails.
- Manage after-sale (exchanges, fulfillement, claims)
- Manage customers inquiries via mails and calls
- Authorise Store-to-Store transfer
- Facilitate Online Sales by answering questions about the product.
- Customer survey follow
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Retail Sales or Customer experience, preferably in Luxury.
- Native Japanese and Business English
- E-commerce experience is a plus
- Self-starter, multi-tasking and fashion oriented
