Your new role
This is a manager level role specialised in labour management and HR policy management. You will work with managers, employees, external vendors, government bodies and labour unions as the expert for all legalisation and HR policies. Tasks include maintaining work rules, localising and introducing global policies to Japan, negotiating with employee representatives, coaching managers on labour related policies and dealing with labour issues across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking an HR professional with expertise in labour management, and preferably some knowledge of broader C&B area. You should be a native Japanese speaker with strong English communication skills. Work experience in a foreign company is also essential. You should be open to future rotation and career development inside C&B and the HR team.
