Your new role
This is a rare opportunity to take a senior role leading 3 teams responsible for recruitment, organisation development and talent management. The company has some well-established programs in place - you will guide your team to continue the effective execution of these. At the same time, you will use your expertise to analyse the current business, propose long-range strategies, and design new initiatives. Your mission will be to continually drive the improvement and evolution of recruitment and talent development for Japan.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you must be passionate about people and organisation development, focused on adding value to the business. We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager who has covered both up-stream and down-stream aspects of learning & development, performance management and organization development. You should also have exposure to talent acquisition, with the ability to develop effective recruiting strategies for a competitive and talent-short market. Excellent communication skills in English/Japanese are required, so you can create rapport with all stakeholders. Applicants from any industry are welcome but you should have exposure working in a large, global organization with a strong talent management program.
