Your new role
Reporting directly to the Senior HR manager, you will work independently to provide solutions in the field of C&B for all staff including inbound and outbound mobility teams. You will conduct research and analysis in different areas involving compensation statistics and market analysis and collaborate with the management to determine and design competitive salary structures and compensation packages, policies and procedures. You will also assess budgetary impact of compensation decisions and provide an oversight of compliance with local regulations and Labour laws.
What you will need to succeed
To succeed in this position you will have a minimum of 3 years experience with a strong background in compensation and benefits including that of inbound and outbound teams in a fast paced organisation. Proven ability to designing, developing, improving and implementing pay and rewards systems. You will be an ingenious and articulated professional committed to seeking optimal solutions to problems. You will posses strong business acumen, ability to develop long lasting relationships and superior written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
