Client Overview:

The client and its subsidiary company designs, manufactures, distributes and services high-quality wristwatches sold under their respective brands.

Responsibilities:

 

Position Summary:

  • Developing strong eCom sales and a prominent presence in digital to address and acquire new customers is a key area of our Brands strategy. The newly created role of ‘eCommerce and Digital Coordinator’/ ‘eCommerce and Digital Manager’ (title depends on seniority of the candidate) will be assigned for that purpose
  • A 360 position to cover all elements of the Brands digital strategy, from direct eCom, market places, SEM, retargeting, eDMs, web‐based PR and social media.
  • The role’s prime goal is to create sales. Thus, the formal reporting line is to the Sales Division. Nonetheless, the role will be de‐facto most closely linked to Marketing and thus report to Marketing in a dotted line as well. It really is a cross‐divisional role, requiring further touchpoints with Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, IT, Legal and HQ.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Set up of market places among the leading eCommerce platforms and online retailers (Rakuten, Amazon, Zozotown, Yahoo Shopping, etc.)
  • Hands‐on management and daily operation of market places, including budget planning, sales tracking, planning and execution of promotions, improvement of MD etc.
  • Set up of corporate e‐Com store, based on international Swatch Group platform
  • Management and daily operation of of e‐Com store, including budget planning, sales tracking, planning and execution of promotions, improvement of MD etc.
  • Creation, implementation and daily operation of social media strategy with the objective to create awareness and desirability among new customer groups

スキル・資格

  • Specialist in eCommerce, digital and social media (either on agency side, e‐tailer or brand‐side)
  • Solid understanding of millennials (needs, tonality, media consumption, ...)
  • Strong dedication to sales creation
  • Self‐driven, independent, hands‐on character who is a strong team‐player as well
  • Balanced skill‐set between being strategist/ analyst, creative, executive
  • Liking in watches, fashion, brands
  • English proficiency: reading/ writing (business level) minimum requirement; spoken English preferred
