Your new role
You will join a world-class provider of IT Services, Digital and Business Solutions covering mid-level recruitment from the Tokyo office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter with IT industry exposure to join a large-cap firm with significant investment and growth opportunities in the Japanese market. Joining the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in utilising local and international recruitment platforms as well as traditional sourcing strategies to develop and execute recruiting plans and attract the right talent to grow the firm. You will perform end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining a strong pipeline of direct and agency-introduced candidates. As such, you will work to build close networks externally and with internal hiring managers, ensuring hiring goals are achieved in each department. Working in a close-knit team, you will also take an active presence in HR function, developing talent acquisition strategies and plans.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Japanese and English, as you will be frequently communicating with both internal and global counterparts. The successful candidate will be well-versed in 360-recruitment with 3+ years in recruitment
