This is an Employee Relation Manager role:
- Performance Management.
- Labor Law related matters.
- Employee Relations.
- Train business units Heads regarding Labor Law, employee relations and perfromance evaluation practices (in English).
- Conduct the annual Employee Satisfaction Survey, and present the results to country CEO and Global HR Team (In English).
- Deep Labor Law knowledge.
- Employee relations experience.
- Performance management systems knowlegde.
- Fluent English level is a MUST.
- Experience in working in International environment.
