This is a newly created HR Manager position:
- Employee Relations
- Control of Performance Review / Assessment
- Work attendance/paid leave/unpaid leave control for the entire staffs
- Payroll Management
- Supervise one subordinate
- Compensation & Benefit management
- Management/control of Rule for Employment
- Coordination of legally required annual Health check
- Implementation of HR Policy-Corporate
- Coordination of Seasonal Training Sessions.
- Coordinate with Global HQ to outline the Japan HR strategies.
- Support GA activities
- HR Generalist experience
- Labor law experience.
- 社労士 certification preferred.
- Business level English required.
