Our client is a very international European manufacturing company which has employees of over 12 different countries in Japan.
Your new role
HR Generalist will support and lead various areas of Human Resources, reporting directly to the Head of HR. You will be in charge of, recruitment, training, employee relations, performance evaluation, and internal communication. You will be working in a very international team using English on a daily basis. You will also be a contact point to various external vendors and business leaders.
What you'll need to succeed
To apply for this position, you should have minimum 5 years' experience in recruitment and training functions, or HR Generalist. Additional background in payroll is a huge plus. Native-level Japanese and business-level English are required. You should have strong communication skills in English and Japanese to effectively communicate with senior leaders of the business.
