Disruptive Mobile AdTech startup

Our client is one of the global leaders in Native Mobile Advertising, with deep connections with Publishers and App Developers around the world. While other companies continue to shrink and disappear, this company expands and takes the initiative to provide truly innovative solutions.
The Head of Sales is to establish relationships and engage with key stakeholders in Japan to build business from the Ground Up. This position will be responsible for developing strategies to help launch the business, lead the acquisition of new clients and customers, and oversee further expansion of the team in the future. A lot of flexibility will be required, as this company will rely heavily on the expertise and experience of the Head of Sales to decide the best practices for the Japan market.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
-Develop and Maintain a number of key clients.
-Have deep insight in the Japanese digital ad industry.
-Familiar with both advertiser and traffic sides of the business.
-Capable of developing new advertisers and publishers.
-Responsible for establishing and expanding the business team in Japan.
-Long-distance cooperating and communicating with internationalized business team.
-Improving the quality of cooperation between HQ and advertisers with feasible operation plans.
Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)
-Bachelor's degree above
-3-5 years relevant working experience
-Japanese native speaker & English as working language.
-Business development experience in large module ad agencies, overseas studying/ internationalized business team working experience are plus.
-Strong experience and knowledge of AdTech, especially mobile advertising soltuions.
-Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, from both Agency and Publisher sides.
-Ability to work independently, and able to adapt to changing circumstances with limited guidance from HQ.
