An attractive Sales Administrator role has just emerged at a global insurance firm. Seeking a candidate with prior similar experience to perform such tasks as handling phone calls, sending emails, typing data, and much more. This is a great opportunity to gain entry into a foreign company and showcase your skillset.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and send emails
  • Copy, scan, bind, and file documents
  • Prepare envelopes and other items for mail
  • Type and perform data entry using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Perform other administrative/clerical work as instructed by manager(s)

Requirements:

  • Prior similar experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic English skills (for reading mainly, only some speaking involved)
