募集要項

A global manufacturing company is recruiting for the position of IT Desktop Service Specialist. This role offers you the chance to apply your customer service skills and IT expertise in a dynamic environment. You will be tasked with resolving calls from end users, escalating incidents, and carrying out upgrades and repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve calls from end users (international clients) regarding technical issues and incidents in their everyday office IT infrastructure environment
  • Escalate incidents to the next support level when appropriate
  • Perform general application and device support
  • Coordinate multi-vendor hardware break-fix
  • Perform basis asset management tracking and reporting
  • Diagnose hardware problems and provide support as appropriate

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience as an IT desktop engineer
  • Excellent phone and customer service skills
  • A professional demeanor
  • Familiarity with helpdesk/desktop operations
  • A minimum of 2 years' employment experience supporting desktop equipment
  • Native level Japanese and basic English skills (TOEIC 500-600)
