A telecommunications company is searching for an individual with 10 years' experience in sales and knowledge of cloud economics to join them as Cloud Sales Executive. Using your strong entrepreneurial and commercial expertise, you will serve as the driving force behind significant sales acceleration of IT cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Seek and qualify leads - conduct in-depth discussions to better understand the customer business and technology environment, requirements, plans, and issues
  • Mobilize organization to pursue opportunities
  • Lead sales engagements
  • Close sales
  • Drive knowledge transfer and thought leadership

Requirements:

  • 10 years' sales experience at mobile carrier in Japan
  • A university degree
  • Japanese fluency and business level English
  • Thorough knowledge of cloud economics - TCO and commercial models, cost structure and value drivers
  • Relevant real life experience with bimodal IT operations - procuring, selling, implementing, utilizing and/or operating such infrastructures
  • Expertise in at least one of the following cloud stack elements: hardware/software, defined infrastructure, data storage, data/application platform, security, data center facilities
  • Fluent in ITIL/ITSM framework, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
