募集要項

A leading global technology company is currently seeking a professional with computer science background to fill a Customer Success Engineer role. Outstanding opportunity to showcase your customer-facing skills along with your programming expertise and grow your career.

Responsibilities:

  • Document customer requirements and review use cases
  • Monitor general onboarding of new accounts and successful technical implementation
  • Strategise, conceive, and execute internal processes to improve the customer success organisation and service offerings
  • Identify areas for improvement or enhancement in both the software integrity product line and the company functions as a whole
  • Assist in the attainment of business renewals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's in computer science
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a technical customer facing role with 5+ years of related experience
  • Working proficiency in at least two programming languages - C/C++, C# or Java preferred
  • Extensive experience with security testing and network protocols
  • Solid understanding of open-source software libraries such as glib, OpenSSL, Boost, etc.
