A consumer services company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join them as Airline Lounge Supervisor. Bringing your team management experience to the fore, you will expertly manage the lounge catering and cleaning services to ensure that 5-star service is delivered to passengers. This role is an excellent chance to showcase your hospitality expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lounge catering and cleaning services to ensure that exemplary service is delivered to passengers
  • Monitor costs and quality of delivery
  • Act as a role model and lead, motivate, develop, and direct the team (20-25 colleagues) to maximize customer service efficiency
  • Continually seek customer feedback and opportunities to develop lounge products in keeping with the continuous improvement framework
  • Evaluate lounge product and service offerings and service level agreements (SLA) with suppliers, conducting independent quality audits and report findings to initiate corrective actions and to identify new opportunities for enhancing the customer lounge experience
  • Ensure all health & safety and food safety regulations are adhered to

Requirements:

  • Experience providing high-end quality customer service and products to prestigious clients
  • Catering experience at a 4 or 5-star hotel or similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-versed in IT matters
  • Airport lounge experience highly desired
  • English and Japanese fluency
  • A diplomatic problem-solver
