Your new role
As C&B manager you will be the company expert for compensation & benefits, in particular for C&B policy creation and global projects. For example, conducting compensation analysis, developing the grading system, bonus scheme and incentive structure. You will also support global projects in the C&B area, maintain the budget, and provide regular labour cost forecasts and headcount reporting/analysis.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking an HR professional with several years of experience specialising in C&B at a strategic level and in a large, multi-national company. You should have strong business English to communicate with global headquarters. High academics and business sense are critical, and people management experience is preferred. Additional experience as a Generalist is welcome as you will have the opportunity to move within the HR team in the future.
