Your new role
This is an additional headcount to strengthen their HR operations. Main responsibilities include maintaining and updating HR systems; managing payroll and social insurance via external partners; administrating various benefits plans such as pension and insurance; advising internal stakeholders on HR processes and labor laws; and improving overall quality and speed of HR service. You will be using English when contacting overseas HR partners and handling internal documents in English.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum requirements for this position include knowledge of Japanese labor laws, payroll, and social insurance systems. You must be familiar with HR data systems such as SAP. You must have native-level Japanese skills and business-level English. You must be enthusiastic about Human Resources in a global organization as you are expected to grow into other areas of HR in the future such as recruitment and talent development.
