Your new role
As an HR assistant, you will be supporting a team of 5 recruiters, with administrative and coordination tasks. You will be in charge of the scheduling and arrangements of meetings, working closely with your team, candidates, external agencies and hiring managers directly. You will be in charge of coordinating recruitment events and activities to drive and improve recruitment activity through the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate, you will have at least 2 years of administrative experience. You will have native level of Japanese and business English skills. Strong customer service oriented personality and team playing spirit are desired qualities in the right candidate.
