Service Delivery Manager
As a service delivery manager, you need to maintain the client relationship, identify new business opportunities, communicate effectively in Japanese and English. You will also lead a team and develop project plans and control the scope.
You will need effective language abilities in both Japanese and English (at least business level). You will need knowledge in IT infrastructure services (Server, network, data center, storage, etc.). You will also have people management experiences or can express your leadership spirits. People with IT consultant background are definitely welcome.
