Your new company
You will join the HR team of a leading US Insurance and IT Services firm and be based in their Tokyo head office location. The company is currently 180+ employees and experiencing a steady growth stage with the success of their Japan operations.
Your new role
You will work closely with internal Finance teams, Human Resources members as well as build close relationships with local staff members. You will cover payroll vendor management relations as well as collate payroll data. In addition, you will be responsible for welfare services, managing employee health checks and monitor sick leave attendance records.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate would have 3+ years experience in Japanese payroll, labor law, social insurance and tax related exposure. In addition, you will need strong near-Native skills in Japanese and business level English.
