o A Technical Support Engineer role in the Japanese Support team based in the Kuala Lumpur office supporting
the Japanese customers in Japan.
o Provide high quality technical support and IT security solutions to our customer, operator and corporate customers.
o Provide good customer service and perform troubleshooting on customer’s case in regards to computer virus
infections, our software related, etc .
o Native level Japanese in verbal and written communication skills (JLPT certification is an added advantage).
o Good communication skills in English
o Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the IT industry or similar role.
o Good knowledge and excellent understanding of Enterprise level Windows or Linux operating system.
o Experience on server or application administration and troubleshooting.
o Good knowledge in LAN and WAN
o Experience on call canter environment and customer care service.
