Applications Support Position in Tokyo
A fast growing innovative international company owned securely by a larger global company, with an exciting product and service, based within the Insurance industry.
You will support, trouble shoot and solve various levels of issues, communicating with Japanese users and international support centers. As the company continues to expand, as will the department and your role.
As an experienced application engineer you will be able to understand a vast array of issues and problems, interpret these and provide effective solutions as required and with clear communication.
You should be comfortable working under pressure, and confident working with a number of different organisational report lines. You will be fluent in Japanese with a strong communication ability in English to a number of offices across the world.
Working largely within a Windows environment, with any package application support experience (ERP, CRM etc) with any application development experience also being highly valued. You will also have superior communication skills and a passion to learn.
